were exhibited and the British Ambassadors Residence, Sultanate of Oman.

AL Madina Art Gallery, Oman

Jenni had an exhibition of her work in November, 2006 at the Al Madina Art Gallery. She was

very fortunate to have it opened by the British Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman.

The exhibition opened November 7th and concluded on the 23rd. Here camel portraits were

on display as well as several of her 'High energy' pieces. It was a great opportunity to

see her  paintings in the flesh. The  pieces on display were originals only.

Caledonian College, Oman

On the 26th March, Jenni gave a talk and presentation around her portraits of camels.

The class were then given oil pastels and black paper and encouraged to produce their

own camels. The class had a lot of fun and said they learnt a lot! The work produced

will be on display in the College cafeteria.

British Council, Oman

Thursday 9th March, Jenni gave a talk and demonstration about her paintings of camels.

The class were then given oil pastels and black paper and encouraged to produce their

own camels. The work produced was excellent and will be framed and on display

in the British Council.

BAIT MUZNA GALLERY

Jenni had an exhibition of her work at the Bait Muzna Gallery, from 1st to 17th June 2004. The exhibition mainly contained still life and scenes of Arabic life. Jenni was very excited about the event and her recently taken photographs from a local Festival formed the basis of her collection. Hope you made it to view the art collection. Original works and prints are for sale exclusively through the Bait Muzna Gallery

Al Bustan and Bait Muzna Promotion

"Fine foods and fine Art"

Jenni's work was exhibited in the Al Bastan Hotel Restaurant. ( April 1st until April 15th.)

On Wednesday 7th April there was a gourmet meal  and Jenni was  there to discuss her latest paintings that have an Arabic theme, the technique and inspiration behind her work. This was in addition to the exhibition in June.

Radio Interviews

Not an Exhibition, but certainly an event. Jenni was lucky enough to have been asked to appear on both Late On and Early On. These are radio shows on local FM. Despite being very nervous, both interviews were a big success. Thanks to all involved for taking the time to interview her and add to the great publicity she has received in the last few months.  More details to follow........

The Vernissage

Jenni had her Vernissage on 16th October 2003. It was held at the Beach House. Its was a great success, much of that was due to the organisational skills of Tess and Jon, not forgetting Max and Eman. All of whom were very supportive and showed great faith in Jenni's abilities. A big thank you to them.

Over seventy guests attended the event, family, friends and acquaintances, as well as quite a few local artists. All feedback was extremely positive. Jenni was very grateful and pleased (if not a little overwhelmed) with the interest shown.

Jenni has recently given an informal presentation to some Art Students at a local American School. She showed some of her work to the students (who were working on self portraits) and explained her style and how it has developed, with the regard to the use of colour and light. The students enjoyed the experience and their teacher, Marjory Mulrooney commented on the enthusiasm of both students and artist.
