I am in such a great place right now and it's the place I have engineered for myself totally, by changing thoughts, choosing not to entertain certain thoughts and protecting myself from certain thoughts of others. I have released all my limited beliefs, I have let go of the fears and come to a place of total acceptance. I would like to say it was easy and it could have been if I had followed certain things, but so many times I thought I knew better, so I messed up. Now I know what I could have done to get here better and sooner.

This is too much to keep in to myself, this is something that I have to share or I will burst so I have devised a workshop called Positively Powerful.

These workshops will give you information, tips, guidelines and advice on becoming more positive, learning to love yourself and letting go of limiting beliefs and negativity that hold you back from your life's purpose. They will help you find the inner, powerful and vibrant you that can sometimes be pushed to the back burner with families, jobs, other people's demands and general 'real life' taking over.

We all seek happiness yet we often give the power away by imagining it can only come if a certain job happens, or house is bought, or a certain amount of money is earned, or car, or clothes, or holiday, or a person enters our life, or a relationship improves...or.....or....u name it!! but we can all have deep and lasting happiness RIGHT NOW if we learn to seize the power that lies in the very heart of ourselves.
