ArtsSpa unleash the creativity
Jenni has the best time of her life when she paints and is willing to take you on one of her journeys. Jenni can be booked by groups to come and create an 'ArtsSpa' in the work space or home. 'ArtsSpa' help you unlock the creative energy that flows within us all and encourages you to get painting in a vibrant and fun environment. Each person attending needs a fairly wide space to work in so if ten people are attending (maximum number) a large room is required. The Art Spas are great for birthdays or team building exercises as they are not only fun, but help to get you thinking more creatively. The practice sheets take a couple of days to dry and are often so covered in paint, moving them is difficult, so space needs to account also for practice sheets and canvases to be able to stay in place to dry.
'ArtsSpa' consists of a demonstration by Jenni into how she paints, alongside an informative talk about colour and colour mixing. This is then followed by a practice for all those taking part, so that you can feel the weight and consistency of the paint and learn how you can pour and drip the colours with control. After which you are presented with a small square canvas, (40 x 40 cm approx) for you to unleash your creativity and express your inspiration on. All done to loud music! While your work dries there follows a light snack and drink, where you can engage with Jenni and learn about her inspirations and ambitions, ask questions and generally chat. 'ArtsSpa' are approximately 3 hours long and for this there is a charge of approx 55 rials per person. (526 AED, £84, $143) On top of this is the venue price and any food and drink.
An 'ArtsSpa' will make you feel rejuvenated and invigorated and on top, you have your own canvas creation as a ‘keep sake’.
All materials are provided by Jenni, drinks and food are usually provided by the host. Use the contact form for further details and to make a booking.
Children's party's can be accomodated but a lot of paint ends up on hands and feet so a washing facility will need to be available too. For Children, poster paint that is easy to clean off can be used, please ask Jenni for further details.
Here is a blog from Rossella, who attended a recent ArtsSpa.
